About us
The Health in Society Research Network was founded at the University of Vienna in 2024. It brings together scientists from different disciplines to conduct joint research on health, medicine and well-being.
The members contribute the specific perspectives of their respective fields, while also taking local, regional and global contexts into account.
This holistic approach not only generates new scientific insights, but also valuable partnerships with other research institutions and with actors from civil society, politics and business.
The research network creates synergies and enables science that has a social impact – interdisciplinary, innovative and cooperative.
